Hello, I'm Aqua, an integrative psychotherapist born in Italy and based in the UK.

I have experience working in private practice and charitable counselling services.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

My professional training began at Regent's University. London and continues to be enhanced through clinical supervision and training courses, ensuring an ethical and thoughtful practice.

My work is predominantly relational and draws upon a range of evidence informed approaches including Humanistic, Attachment-based, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Cognitive, Systemic and Transpersonal perspectives. This allows therapy to be adapted to each individual rather than expecting individuals to adapt to one model.
